I was very interested in the romanian food. Then I went with another volunteers at the best restaurant in Arad, The restaurant Don, and we watched as they were preparing the food.
Afther that, other day we went to the Old Center near Mikalaca. And we were coocking with the old people in the centre. It went a great experiencie and a very nice moment.
Finally, we went to Festival Catlanelor and we went recording in the Strandul Neptun, that it was the preparation of the romanian food. The most important were gulas, (diferents typyes of gulas (meat)), Ciorba de peste and Fasole.
